Sławomir Czarnecki (PhD eng.), employed at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology as an adjunct professor. He has been associated with Wrocław throughout his life. In 2019, he obtained a doctorate in technical sciences in the discipline of civil engineering and transport with honors, for his most significant scientific achievement to date, which is the development of a research model for identifying the bonding of the concrete repair layer with the substrate using non-destructive methods and artificial intelligence. Currently, he conducts interdisciplinary research in the field of non-destructive testing, tribological phenomena on the surface of cement composites and machine learning.

He is a member Academia Iuvenum of Wroclaw.Tech (Academia Iuvenum).
